1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the kwin8 platform (accessible at kwin8.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with kwin8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kwin8 platform and close your account. kwin8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kwin8 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). kwin8 is operated by an entity licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority ("the Operator").

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kwin8 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kwin8 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders without exception. Submission of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited or restricted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and playing as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any other person in placing wagers on the kwin8 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kwin8 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had a kwin8 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

kwin8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (government-issued identity document, proof of age, proof of address) to verify any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) kwin8 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a violation of these Terms. kwin8 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and all balances (including winnings) may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. kwin8 accepts no liability for delays or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kwin8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kwin8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact kwin8 support immediately to initiate an account lock.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kwin8 is obligated to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit verification documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifecycle. Accepted documents include Malaysian MyKad, passport, and supporting proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than three months). kwin8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kwin8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX. The minimum deposit is RM 20. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. kwin8 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits credited to your account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. kwin8 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts; FPX bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30–90 minutes during business hours. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees. kwin8 does not charge withdrawal fees; third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kwin8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and financial crime. Deposits must be made from funds lawfully owned by the Player. kwin8 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are proceeds of unlawful activity, and to report such suspicions to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by kwin8 are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion ("Bonus Terms"), which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between Bonus Terms and these general Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion only.

• Bonuses may carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless the specific Bonus Terms expressly provide otherwise.
• kwin8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or coordinated bonus manipulation.
• Bonuses and free spins are non-transferable and hold no cash value independent of applicable wagering requirements.
• kwin8 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where a Player is found to have provided false information or violated these Terms in order to obtain a bonus.

6. Fair Gaming & Prohibited Conduct

kwin8 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. Players are expected to engage with the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform controls.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing discrepancies. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be forfeited.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits. Any Player initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and will be liable for all associated costs incurred by kwin8.
• Provision of false identity documents or impersonation of another person.
• Any conduct intended to defraud kwin8, its payment providers, or other players.

kwin8 monitors all gaming activity. Accounts engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without notice, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kwin8 platform — including but not limited to the kwin8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kwin8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without the prior written consent of kwin8.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kwin8 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

kwin8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all games are provided on an "as is" basis. kwin8's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension & Termination

kwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, including where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• A Player's account activity suggests problem gambling and intervention is required in the Player's interest.
• Technical, security, or regulatory considerations require immediate action.
• kwin8 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting kwin8 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

kwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their gaming activity are encouraged to access these tools via Account Settings or to contact support. kwin8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and conducts age verification at registration and upon withdrawal request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Operator's jurisdiction of licensing. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kwin8's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents kwin8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

12. Amendments

kwin8 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to taking effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the kwin8 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
